- Secure payment (Payzen): During the payment process, your banking information is handled exclusively by our payment service provider, Payzen. No banking data is stored on our website.
- Security and Anti-Spam (Akismet): To protect our website, we collect data when forms are submitted (IP address, user agent) in order to detect spam.
- Customer Support and Follow-Up (WP Mail Logging): We maintain a technical record of sent emails (order confirmations) to ensure they are received properly and to resolve any issues with ticket delivery.

- Invoices and completed orders: 10 years (legal accounting requirement).
